"All ground arrays and all associated equipment shall comply with the setback requirements for accessory Buildings in the applicable zoning district regulations, plus an additional setback of 10 feet from a side or rear property line. Ground arrays shall not be permitted in a front yard area, between the front façade of the principal Building and the adjacent Street Line, unless the front façade of the principal Building is a distance of at least 500 feet from the adjacent Street Line, in which case, all ground arrays and all associated equipment shall be set back from the adjacent Street Line by no less than 400 feet."
