"Access drives and internal service roads are required to allow for maintenance and emergency management vehicles. The minimum cartway width shall be no less than 25 feet for both access roads and internal service roads. The applicant shall provide one off-street parking space per 25 acres of developed PSES land up to a maximum of five spaces. All access drives and internal service roads must conform to the applicable standards set forth in the Township's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance."
