"1. Dunmore Borough reserves the right to inspect a solar energy system for fire or building code compliance and safety. 2. If upon inspection, the Borough determines that a fire or building code violation exists or that the system poses a safety hazard to persons or property, the Borough may order the property owner to repair or remove the system within a reasonable timeframe. Such an order shall be in writing, shall offer the option to repair or otherwise correct the issue, shall specify the code violation or safety hazard found, and shall notify the owner of his or her right to appeal such determination."
