"Height. Except as otherwise provided in this Section, a PSES or any portion thereof, i.e. solar panels and racking systems shall not exceed twenty-five (25') feet in height; provided, however, that substations, transmission lines and infrastructure connecting the PSES to the electrical grid shall not be subject to a height limitation."
