"The PSES shall be constructed so as not to cause electrical emissions that will interfere with radio, television, or other communication devices. In the event that interference is confirmed upon inspection by a licensed engineer, said interference must be resolved within thirty (30) days of receiving notice of said interference. Said reports of interference will follow the Township's Complaint and Resolution Process set forth in Section 3(D) of this Ordinance."
