"Demonstrate compliance with Brighton Township Code, Chapter 104, Grading and Excavation, and Chapter 173, Stormwater Management. The following components of a PSES shall be considered impervious coverage and calculated as part of the impervious coverage limitations for the underlying zoning district: [1] Foundation systems, typically consisting of driven piles or monopoles or helical screws with or without small concrete collars. [2] All mechanical equipment of PSES, including any structure for batteries or storage cells. [3] Gravel or paved access roads, parking or other areas."
