"The layout, design and installation of a Principal Solar Energy Facility shall conform to good industry practice and applicable industry standards, such as those of the American National Standards Institute ("ANSI"), Underwriters Laboratory ("UL"), ASTM International, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers ("IEEE"), the Solar Rating and Certification Corporation ("SRCC"), the Electrical Testing Laboratory ("ETL") or other similar certifying organizations. "Good industry practice" shall mean the practices, methods, standards, and acts (engaged in or approved by a significant portion of the solar power industry for similar facilities in similar geographic areas that are similar in size and complexity) as the same may change from time to time, that, at a particular time, in the exercise of reasonable professional judgment in light of the facts known at the time the decision was made, would have been expected to accomplish the desired result in a manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations, codes, good business practices, reliability, safety, environmental protection, economy, expedition, and shall comply with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code ("PAUCC"), as amended, any regulations adopted by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry relating to the PAUCC, and with all other applicable fire and life safety requirements."
