"1. On a new site development plans that propose to provide for Solar Energy Systems, the Township shall require prior to the approval of the plan a notation on the plan that restrictions have been placed on the lots in question concerning the placement of structures and vegetation as they relate to the Solar Energy Systems.
2. On the new site development Plans that propose to provide for Solar Energy Systems, the governing body of the municipality shall require of the applicant that an easement for solar access has been placed on the deeds of those lots proposed for an Energy System and all adjoining lots in the approved development."
