Ground-mounted accessory use: "Setback Requirements. A. Ground-mounted systems must comply with the applicable accessory structure setback requirements, as set forth in § 27-406 of this chapter. B. The required setbacks are measured from the lot line to the nearest part of the system. C. No part of a ground-mounted system shall extend into the required setbacks due to a tracking system or other adjustment of solar PV related equipment or parts."
