"The Solar Farm owner shall provide, at a frequency of no less than once per calendar year, a report to the Municipality confirming the electricity generated on a daily basis from the Solar Farm. The Municipality may, at its discretion, require the submission of interim reports to confirm the ongoing generation of electricity."
