“8. Solar farms and all equipment and facilities thereon shall be maintained in a safe manner. Broken glass or other potentially hazardous conditions shall be promptly repaired. 9. Warning signs shall be placed at the base of any pad-mounted transformers or electrical conducting apparatus on the site."
