(Ground-mounted accessory use) "The installation of solar energy systems...shall be subject to all permitting and inspections with regard to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC) and the National Electric Code (NEC) in addition to any other Borough ordinances and/or regulations required to demonstrate compliance with the provisions of this chapter."
