"In calculating the maximum lot coverage, portions of the solar panels may be considered pervious if the criteria within the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) FAQ document entitled "Chapter 102 Permitting for Solar Panel Farms," dated January 2, 2019, as may be updated or amended, has been met."
